The Maa Ashapura Legacy

Maa Ashapura Educational Complex (MAEC) was founded in 1993 in Bhuj, the historic administrative center of Kachchh, Gujarat. The institution was conceived by visionary trustees dedicated to overcoming geographic challenges by establishing a premier center for collegiate teacher education and schooling.

From its landmark campus on Mundra Road (near Leuva Patel Hospital), the Complex has provided continuous, quality-driven pedagogical instruction to thousands of students. Recognizing that skilled educators form the foundation of societal development, MAEC established approved programs for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Master of Education (M.Ed).

Throughout major regional events — including the rebuilding of Kachchh following the 2001 earthquake — MAEC remained a pillar of community stability and academic dedication. Today, our alumni serve with distinction across government and private secondary schools, teacher training colleges, and educational boards.
